The recruitment process

We begin with a conversation to understand your family, your routines, and the desired qualities of your future nanny. This helps us identify the best possible candidate.

We create job postings and look for candidates that match your requirements. We review resumes, conduct interviews both over the phone and in person. We also check additional references to ensure we can vouch for the candidates we present to you.

We present you with profiles of potential nannies who could be a good fit for your family, and together we discuss the options and the next steps in the process.

We arrange meetings between your family and the selected nannies, so you can assess who best fits your needs and values.

Our service does not end when the nanny is hired. On the contrary, we aim to be an active part of the process to ensure a smooth transition. We are available to answer questions and resolve any challenges that may arise, as well as to conduct an evaluation in the event of a potential end to the collaboration.

We offer drop-in childcare every day of the week from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Our house is carefully designed and perfectly located across from Kings Gardens in central Copenhagen. Here, children can play and learn in a safe environment while parents get the extra help they need.
